Cancellation , Refund and Returns

Order Cancellation-

To cancel the order, simply call our support at 991 007 9898 or hello@cratly.com . In case the order is already shipped (system send an email when we ship the order), then the order cannot be cancelled. If the order is not shipped, Cratly will deduct No charges and simple cancel your orders & balance will be credited to your account.

Can I cancel an Order?

Oh yes sure. You can cancel an Order . However, we will be deducting the price of shipped product at full cost of that particular Product. The remaining amount will be refund to your account.

How long will the refund take?

In case we've not shipped the order, we will process the refund on the same business day and refund should get credited in your account within 7-10 business days.

How can I exchange/return Box bought at Cratly.com?

Product once shipped cannot be exchanged / returned, until its broken or damaged during shipping.


Can I return a box I am not fully satisfied with?

You can choose to cancel future order but once the box is shipped it cannot be returned.

Can i complain about quality of the product?

Yes,you can complain and we will resolve the issue with-in 4 Hours with either refund or shipping another product of same cost, for any escalation please write us at ag@cratly.com.
